These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of alyzr.ai.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

2. The service

alyzr.ai is a multi-source stock + crypto analysis tool. Signals, ML scores, and price targets are *informational only*. Nothing here is investment advice. You are solely responsible for the trades you execute, paper or real.

3. Subscription + billing

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account page. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You will not abuse the platform, scrape it, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account from the account page.

6. No warranty / liability cap

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for purpose. Our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
